The Bates Staging + Design Team will meet with you to discuss the properties staging needs. Everything from design concept, staging budget, dates for installation and removal.
All our home staging budgets are priced based on the square foot. Once the staging needs assessment is completed, the Bates Staging Consultant will draft a budget based the rooms required and the area to be staged.
After the budget is completed and signed off, our design team gets to work creating spectacular layout options and the various elements for staging the home to perfection. Our goal is to style the home to showcase its maximum potential.
Not all homes come as a blank canvas and require some pre-staging work. This might include things like removal of some furniture, cleaning, prepping walls, de-cluttering personal items, etc. For budgeting purposes we may ask the homeowner to participate in this stage.
This is when the magic happens. Our team of Staging Installation Specialist comes in to the home and transform it into an almost showhome ready-state. It is at this stage we encourage photoshoots to be done for marketing purposes.
